Ingredients

Cheese Filling

  • 10 ounce Kraft Old English Cheese Spread or any soft cheese spread You can use different flavors for variation.
  • 1 tablespoon mayo About 15 grams.
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce About 5 milliliters.
  • 1/2 teaspoon horseradish Optional.
  • 1/2 tablespoon dried, minced onion About 5 grams.
  • 1/2 tablespoon garlic powder About 5 grams.
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper About 1 gram.
  • 1/3 teaspoon celery salt About 1 gram.
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper About 1 gram.

Celery

  • 6 to 8 pieces long pieces of celery Trim and prepare for stuffing.
  • 2 pieces green onions Finely sliced for garnish.
  • to taste Everything But The Bagel Seasoning For garnish.

Instructions

Preparation

  • Wash and dry the celery stalks. Trim the ends and peel the strings from the back of each stalk.
  • Cut the celery into 4 to 6-inch pieces.

Setup

  • Use the non-stuffable pieces of celery as dividers on a serving plate.

Mixing the Filling

  • In a stand mixer, combine the cheese spread, mayo, Worcestershire sauce, and all seasonings except the Everything But The Bagel Seasoning. Whip until light and fluffy.

Stuffing

  • Transfer the cheese mixture into a Ziploc bag, cut off a corner, and squeeze the filling into each piece of celery.

Serving

  • Place the stuffed celery boats on your serving plate with non-stuffable celery pieces to hold them upright.
  • Sprinkle Everything But The Bagel Seasoning and finely sliced green onions on top.
  • Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to enjoy.

Notes

You can prepare these ahead of time. Store in the refrigerator until ready to serve. Experiment with different cheese spreads for unique flavors.
