  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 2 cups stuffing mix Use gluten-free if needed.
  • 0.5 cup dried cranberries
  • 0.25 cup chicken broth
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 0.5 tsp dried sage
  • 0.5 tsp dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper To taste.
  • 0.25 cup melted butter Optional, for brushing.

Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, stuffing mix, dried cranberries, chicken broth, beaten egg, sage, thyme, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until just combined.
  • Form the mixture into 16 golf ball-sized portions and place them evenly spaced on the prepared baking sheet.
  • If desired, brush the balls with melted butter for a golden finish.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20–25 minutes, or until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  • Let the stuffing balls rest for about 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

These stuffing balls can be served warm at parties, and pair wonderfully with gravy or cranberry sauce. For a beautiful presentation, garnish with chopped parsley or fresh herbs. You can also make these ahead of time and freeze them for easy meals.
