Dressing

  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

Preparation

  • In a chilled serving bowl, combine the watermelon and cucumber cubes.
  • In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the lime juice, olive oil, honey, flaky salt, and black pepper until well blended.
  • Drizzle the dressing over the watermelon and cucumber mixture, ensuring even coverage.
  • Scatter the crumbled feta and torn mint leaves on top of the salad.
  • Gently toss the salad to combine, being careful not to mush the watermelon.
