Instructions

Preparation

  • Roast a sweet potato until soft, about 45 to 60 minutes, then mash.

Mix the Filling

  • In a mixing bowl, whisk the egg, sugar, and spices together.
  • Add in the mashed sweet potato and evaporated milk, mixing until smooth and creamy.

Assemble and Bake

  • Pour the filling into the prepared crust.

Cooling
