Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 325°F. Line an 8-inch pan with parchment paper.
  • In a bowl, mix the dry ingredients: oats, chopped nuts or seeds, cinnamon, and salt.
  • In a small saucepan, warm the maple syrup, nut butter, and coconut oil together until smooth. Stir in vanilla.
  • Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and mix until everything is evenly coated.
  • Press the mixture firmly into the lined pan to ensure the bars hold together.

Baking

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 18 to 22 minutes until the edges are lightly golden.
  • Cool completely in the pan before slicing into bars to prevent them from crumbling.

Notes
