  • 1-2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup Optional if your yogurt is sweetened.
  • 0.5 teaspoon vanilla extract Optional but adds a cozy flavor.
  • 0.5 cup berries Use strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, or a mix.
  • 1-2 tablespoons add ons (granola, chopped nuts, mini chocolate chips, toasted coconut) Choose your favorite toppings.
  • 1 pinch salt Enhances the flavor.

Instructions

Preparation

  • Line a small baking sheet or a plate that fits in your freezer with parchment paper.
  • Stir yogurt with honey and vanilla. Taste and adjust sweetness as needed.
  • Spread yogurt mixture into an even layer, about 1/4 inch thick.
  • Scatter berries and your chosen add ons over the yogurt. Lightly press toppings in so they stick.
  • Freeze for 2 to 3 hours until firm, then break into pieces.

Notes

For best results, serve straight from the freezer. Allow to sit for 1-2 minutes before eating for better texture. Store in an airtight container with parchment between layers to prevent sticking.
