Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C) and line a small baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Melt the butter in a small saucepan over low heat, leaving it smooth and combined. Stir in honey, brown sugar, ground cinnamon, salt, and vanilla.
  • Place almonds in a bowl and pour the warm mixture over them. Stir until every almond is shiny and covered.

Baking

  • Spread the almond mixture onto the prepared baking sheet in an even layer.
  • Bake for about 12 to 16 minutes, stirring halfway through to ensure even toasting. Keep a close eye to prevent burning.
  • Let the clusters cool completely on the baking sheet before breaking into chunks.

Notes

For the best crunch, allow the almonds to cool completely on the pan. You can adjust the sweetness by reducing the brown sugar if preferred. Store in an airtight container for up to 4-5 days for optimal freshness.
