Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350 F.
  • Lightly grease a small baking dish (like an 8x8 pan).
  • In a bowl, stir together oats, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
  • In another bowl, whisk together milk, Greek yogurt, egg, maple syrup, and vanilla.
  • Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until combined.
  • Fold in most of the blueberries.
  • Pour the mixture into the dish, then sprinkle the remaining blueberries on top.

Baking

  • Bake for about 22 to 28 minutes, until the edges look set and the center is just barely set.
  • Let it sit for 10 minutes before slicing to help it hold its shape.
