  • 2 medium Ripe bananas Masho thoroughly for the best blend.
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt Optional, but adds creaminess.
  • 2 tablespoons Chia seeds Thickens the oats and adds fiber.
  • 2 tablespoons Pure maple syrup or honey Adjust sweetness to taste.
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract Enhances flavor.
  • 1 pinch Salt Balances flavors.

Optional Add-ins

  • 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon For warmth.
  • As desired solution Crunchy toppings (nuts or granola) Add in the morning for crunch.

Instructions

Preparation

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, milk, peanut butter, mashed bananas, Greek yogurt, chia seeds, maple syrup, vanilla, and salt.
  • Mix well until all ingredients are combined and the banana is evenly distributed.
  • Divide the mixture into jars or containers with tight lids.
  • Refrigerate overnight or for at least 4 hours.
  • Before serving, stir well and adjust the consistency with more milk if needed.

Notes

Store in the refrigerator for up to 4 days for the best texture. Freezing is also an option, filling jars with a little headspace.
