  • 100 g granulated sugar

  • 1 teaspoon baking soda

  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

  • 150 g raisins

Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F).
  • In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
  • Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
  • In another bowl, mix together the flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon. Gradually add this mixture to the creamed mixture until just blended.
  • Stir in the oats and raisins.

Baking

  • Drop rounded tablespoons of the dough onto ungreased cookie sheets.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the cookies are golden brown.
