Ingredients
For the Honey Roasted Cashews

For the No-Bake Bars

Can substitute with crushed vanilla wafers.

Instructions
Make the Honey Roasted Cashews
In a skillet over low heat, warm the butter (or coconut oil) with honey and a pinch of salt until smooth.
Add the cashews and stir to coat well.
Sprinkle in sesame seeds and continue stirring for a minute.
Pour the coated cashews onto parchment paper and spread them out.
Let them cool completely before chopping into chunks.
Assemble the Bars
Mix crushed graham crackers with cashew butter and honey to achieve a damp sand texture.
Press the mixture into a lined pan.
Scatter the chopped honey roasted cashews over the top and press down gently.
If desired, melt chocolate chips and drizzle over the top.
Chill until firm, then slice into bars.
Notes
Chill the bars for at least 1-2 hours; for sharper edges, freeze for 15 minutes before slicing.
