Preparation

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the vanilla Greek yogurt, honey, and lemon zest. Stir until well blended and creamy.
  • Spoon the yogurt mixture into small clear cups, filling them about halfway.
  • Evenly distribute the diced strawberries, blueberries, and mango on top of the yogurt.
  • Just before serving, sprinkle granola on top.
  • Keep the cups chilled in the refrigerator until ready to serve.

Notes
