  • 2 tablespoons Chia seeds or ground flax Optional, great for extra hold.
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract Enhances the overall flavor.
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt A pinch to enhance flavors.

Preparation

  • Warm the almond butter and maple syrup together just until easy to stir.
  • Mix in the oats, cranberries, and any crunchy add-ins.
  • Press the mixture into a pan lined with parchment paper.
  • Chill until firm for at least 2 hours or 45 minutes in the freezer.
  • Slice into bars and serve.
