Ingredients

For the Parfaits

  • 900 g whole milk plain yogurt
  • 3 tablespoons honey You can substitute with maple syrup for a vegan option.
  • 450 g fresh or frozen berries (like strawberries, blueberries, or raspberries) Frozen berries should be thawed slightly before use.
  • 150 to 200 g granola Choose your favorite granola for added flavors.

Instructions

Preparation

  • Start by adding the honey to the plain yogurt. Stir well until the honey is fully incorporated.
  • In a mason jar or any container, add a layer of the sweetened yogurt at the bottom.
  • Top this layer with a generous portion of berries.
  • Next, sprinkle a layer of granola on top of the berries. Repeat the layers until your jar is filled.
  • Finish with a layer of granola on top and secure the lid on your jar.
  • Store the parfaits in the refrigerator.

Notes

These parfaits can last for 4-5 days in the fridge. It's best to add granola just before serving for crunch. Garnish with extra honey or a sprinkle of cinnamon if desired.
