Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded turkey, chopped spinach, cranberry sauce, and half of the mozzarella cheese. Mix well until all ingredients are nicely blended.
  • Transfer the turkey mixture into a greased 9x9 inch (23x23 cm) baking dish, spreading it evenly across the bottom.
  • Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese over the top of the casserole.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
  • Let the casserole cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Consider adding toasted nuts for crunch, fresh herbs for flavor, or spices for heat. You can prepare this dish a day in advance and refrigerate it before baking.
