  • 1/3 cup cottage cheese Small curd blends nicely.
  • 1/2 to 2/3 cup milk of choice Almond, oat, or dairy.

Flavor and Sweeteners

  • 1 to 2 teaspoons maple syrup or honey Sweeten to taste.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract For flavor.
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon or cocoa powder Optional for flavor.

Toppings

Instructions

Preparation

  • In a bowl, whisk rolled oats, chia seeds, and salt together.
  • Add Greek yogurt and cottage cheese, stirring until mostly smooth.
  • Pour in milk and mix until combined.
  • Sweeten to taste and add flavorings like vanilla or cinnamon.
  • Transfer to a jar, cover, and chill overnight or for at least 4 hours.

Serving

  • In the morning, stir and add your choice of toppings.

Notes

These oats keep for 3 to 4 days in the fridge. You can also freeze the base in small containers for up to a month.
