Ingredients

Main Ingredients

  • 100 g rolled oats Provides a hearty, chewy texture.
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 2 pcs eggs
  • 1 tbsp honey Can be substituted with maple syrup, erythritol, or stevia.
  • 120 ml natural yogurt Adds moisture and enhances fluffiness.
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt Optional.

Instructions

Preparation

  • Start by grinding the rolled oats in a blender until they reach a fine crumb consistency.
  • Add the baking powder to the oat mixture and blend briefly to combine.
  • Crack the eggs into the blended oats and mix well until smooth.
  • Stir in the honey (or your chosen sweetener), natural yogurt, and vanilla extract. If desired, add a pinch of salt.

Cooking

  • Heat a non-stick skillet over low to medium heat for even cooking.
  • Once heated, pour the pancake batter onto the skillet; wait for bubbles to form on the surface before flipping.
  • Cook until the pancakes are golden on both sides, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  • Repeat with the remaining batter, yielding around 10 small pancakes.
  • Enjoy these pancakes warm, perhaps paired with fresh fruit or a drizzle of maple syrup.

Notes

Top with fresh fruit, nut butter, or a sprinkle of nuts for added flavor and crunch. Store any leftover pancakes in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat pancakes in a toaster or microwave for a quick breakfast.
