Ingredients

Main Ingredients

  • 1 bunch celery, large stalks washed, trimmed, and cut into 3 sections Make sure to wash and trim the celery before cutting.
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened Use 2 packages.
  • 3/4 cup chopped pimento-stuffed green olives
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely minced
  • 1 pinch salt Adjust to taste.
  • 1 pinch freshly cracked black pepper Adjust to taste.

Preparation

  • Wash and trim the celery, then cut each stalk into three equal sections.
  • Pat each piece completely dry with paper towels to help keep the filling in place.

Mixing the Filling

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, chopped olives, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  • Mix until everything is smooth and creamy.

Stuffing the Celery

  • Use a knife to generously fill each celery groove with the cream cheese mixture.

Chilling

  • Arrange the stuffed celery on a platter and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.

Notes

For a little kick, consider adding a pinch of cayenne pepper or finely chopped jalapeƱos. You can substitute half of the cream cheese with Greek yogurt for a lighter alternative. Serve with toothpicks for easy picking.
