Instructions

Preparation

  • Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta shells and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain the pasta and set aside.

Cooking the Steak

  • In a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat the olive oil and 3 tbsp of butter.
  • Add the bite-sized sirloin steak to the skillet and cook for 2 to 3 minutes per side, or until browned and cooked to your desired doneness.
  • Remove the steak from the skillet and set aside.

Making the Sauces

  • In the same skillet, reduce the heat to medium and add the minced garlic, stirring constantly for about 1 minute.
  • Stir in the Worcestershire sauce, Italian seasoning, and smoked paprika.
  • Return the skillet to low heat and add 2 tbsp of butter. Once melted, gradually whisk in the heavy cream.
  • Add the grated Parmesan cheese, stirring continuously until the sauce thickens slightly.

Combining and Serving

  • Toss the drained pasta shells into the creamy Parmesan sauce.
  • Add the seared steak bites back to the skillet, gently folding them in until well combined.
  • Serve hot, garnishing with fresh parsley or additional Parmesan cheese if desired.

Notes

For best flavor and tenderness, avoid overcooking the steak. Serve with a side salad or garlic bread. Pair with iced tea or sparkling water for a light beverage.
