Preparation
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a bowl, stir your yogurt with honey or maple syrup, tasting for sweetness.
Pour the yogurt onto the lined baking sheet and spread into an even layer, about 1/4 inch thick.
Sprinkle blueberries and almonds over the top and gently press them in.
Freeze until solid, usually 3 to 4 hours or overnight.
Lift the bark using the parchment and break into pieces.
Notes
Store the bark pieces in a freezer bag for easy access. Let sit for 2 minutes before eating for optimal texture.
