  • 1 cup blueberries Fresh blueberries preferred, thaw and dry if using frozen.
  • 1/4 cup sliced almonds Can substitute with slivered or chopped almonds.
  • Parchment paper and a baking sheet Essential for easy removal of the bark.

Instructions

Preparation

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a bowl, stir your yogurt with honey or maple syrup, tasting for sweetness.
  • Pour the yogurt onto the lined baking sheet and spread into an even layer, about 1/4 inch thick.
  • Sprinkle blueberries and almonds over the top and gently press them in.
  • Freeze until solid, usually 3 to 4 hours or overnight.
  • Lift the bark using the parchment and break into pieces.

Notes

Store the bark pieces in a freezer bag for easy access. Let sit for 2 minutes before eating for optimal texture.
