Instructions

Preparation

  • Blend rolled oats into a fine flour.
  • Mix the ground flaxseed with water and let sit for a few minutes until it thickens.
  • In a bowl, combine oat flour, protein powder, baking powder, and salt.
  • Stir in plant milk, flax mixture, maple syrup, and vanilla until smooth.
  • Let the batter rest for 2-3 minutes for better consistency.

Cooking

  • Preheat the waffle iron and lightly grease it.
  • Pour appropriate amount of batter into the preheated waffle iron.
  • Cook until waffles are golden and crisp.

  • Serve waffles warm with your choice of toppings like maple syrup, fruit, or yogurt.
