Ingredients

Oats Base

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats (45g)
  • 1/2 cup milk of choice (120ml)
  • 1/4 cup non-fat Greek yogurt (60g)
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds (15g)
  • 1 tablespoon sweetener (honey or maple syrup) (15g)
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract (1ml)

Mix-ins and Toppings

  • 1 tablespoon strawberry jam (15g)
  • 1 tablespoon creamy peanut butter (16g)
  • 1/4 cup diced strawberries (40g)
  • 2 tablespoons crushed peanuts (30g)
  • 1/4 cup diced apples (40g)
  • 1 tablespoon chopped pecans (8g)
  • 2 teaspoons maple syrup (10ml)
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon (1g)
  • 1/2 banana sliced (60g)
  • 1 tablespoon Nutella (15g)
  • 1 tablespoon crushed hazelnuts (10g)
  • 1 tablespoon chocolate chips (15g)
  • 1/4 cup shredded coconut (30g)
  • 1 tablespoon chopped almonds (8g)
  • 2 teaspoons honey (10ml)
  • Pinch salt
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar (12g)

Instructions

Preparation

  • In a large glass container, combine all the ingredients.
  • Mix well until everything is evenly combined.
  • Cover the container tightly with a lid or plastic wrap.
  • Place the container in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  • The next day, uncover and enjoy directly from the glass container.
  • If you prefer a thinner consistency, stir in a bit more milk or water before serving.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. You can swap in different fruits or nut butters to keep things exciting. If you’re dairy-free, use almond or oat milk and a dairy-free yogurt alternative.
