Preparation

  • Thinly slice the cucumbers using a knife or a mandoline for even slices.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the sliced cucumbers with sour cream, chopped fresh dill, and vinegar. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Mix all the ingredients well until everything is evenly coated.
  • Cover the bowl with cling film and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Serving
