  • 450 g Ground turkey 1 lb
  • 240 g Fresh cranberries 2 cups
  • 100 g Breadcrumbs 1 cup
  • 1 medium Onion, finely chopped
  • 1 stalk Celery, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Sage, dried
  • 1 tsp Thyme, dried
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Pepper
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 120 ml Chicken broth ½ cup
  • Olive oil for drizzling

Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F).
  • In a large bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, fresh cranberries, and any additional seasonings you prefer.
  • Add the ground turkey to the mixture and mix it thoroughly until well combined. Use your hands for the best results!
  • Take a handful of the mixture and roll it into balls about 2.5 to 4 cm in diameter.
  • Place the formed stuffing balls onto a greased baking sheet, ensuring they are spaced apart evenly.

Cooking

  • Bake the stuffing balls in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until they are golden brown and cooked through.
  • Once done, remove them from the oven and allow them to cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes
