Ingredients

Main Ingredients

  • 2 pounds chicken wings
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce Use low-sodium for a healthier option.
  • 1 tablespoon honey Can be substituted with maple syrup.
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). If using an air fryer, set it according to the manufacturer's instructions.
  • In a large bowl, combine the cranberry sauce, orange juice, soy sauce, honey, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well until everything is combined.
  • Add the chicken wings to the bowl and toss them until they are thoroughly coated in the flavorful glaze.

Cooking

  • Arrange the wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, or place them in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  • Bake in the oven for 40-45 minutes, or air fry for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through. Cook until the wings are crispy and fully cooked.
  • Once removed from the oven or air fryer, feel free to toss the wings in any remaining glaze for an extra kick.
  • Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot!

Notes

Leftover wings can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days. Reheat them in the oven or air fryer to retain crispiness. For flavor variations, add a pinch of red pepper flakes or swap honey for maple syrup.
