Ingredients

For the meatballs

  • 1 pound ground beef or turkey Use ground chicken as a substitute if desired.

  • 1/2 cup orange juice

  • 1 egg

Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef or turkey, cranberry sauce, orange juice, breadcrumbs, onion, Parmesan cheese, egg, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  • Shape the meat mixture into small meatballs and place them on a baking sheet.

Cooking

  • Bake the meatballs in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until they are cooked through.
