  • 1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts optional

Preparation

  • In a large bowl, mix the fresh cranberries and sugar. Let the mixture sit for about 1 hour to macerate.
  • In another bowl, combine the crushed pineapple with the whipped cream. Stir until the mixture is well combined and creamy.
  • Gently fold the macerated cranberries into the whipped cream mixture.
  • Stir in the mini marshmallows and nuts (if you’re using them) until evenly distributed.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.

Serving

  • Scoop the Cranberry Fluff into individual bowls or a large serving dish.

Notes

Make it ahead for better flavor, add a teaspoon of vanilla extract for a twist, or substitute nuts with diced apples or coconut flakes.
