Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • In a baking pan, combine the halved brussels sprouts and the dried cranberries.
  • Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Drizzle the olive oil over the brussels sprouts and cranberries, then toss everything to coat evenly.

Roasting

  • Place the baking pan in the oven and roast for about 20 to 25 minutes, or until the brussels sprouts are golden brown and tender, stirring halfway through for even cooking.
