Instructions

Preparation

  • In a jar or bowl, whisk cocoa, milk, maple syrup, vanilla, and a pinch of salt until smooth.
  • Stir in oats, Greek yogurt, and chia seeds until well combined.
  • Check thickness and adjust by adding more milk if too thick or more chia if too thin.
  • Cover and chill in the fridge for at least 3 hours or overnight.

Serving

  • In the morning, stir well and adjust sweetness as desired.

Notes

Keep jars size between 10-12 ounces for easy mixing. Taste the cocoa and sweeten to taste. If adding fruit, do it before serving to maintain flavor.
