Instructions

Preparation

  • Add rolled oats, chia seeds, and a tiny pinch of salt to a jar.
  • Pour in milk and yogurt. Add maple syrup or honey to taste.
  • Stir really well to avoid dry patches of oats or chia.
  • Cover and chill overnight in the fridge for at least 4 hours.
  • In the morning, stir again and adjust thickness with a splash of milk if needed.
