Ingredients

Main Ingredients

  • 240 ml Greek yogurt Use full-fat for creaminess.
  • 1 large Honeycrisp apple Can substitute with Fuji or Granny Smith.
  • 30 ml caramel sauce Can substitute with maple syrup or honey.
  • 60 g granola Use your favorite variety.
  • 30 g chopped walnuts Can replace with other nuts or seeds.
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon For flavor; add more if desired.
  • 15 g butter For cooking the apples.

Instructions

Preparation

  • Wash the Honeycrisp apple thoroughly, core it, and dice it into small chunks with the skin on.

Cooking

  • In a non-stick pan, heat the butter over medium heat, then add the diced apples and cinnamon. Cook for 3-4 minutes until golden.

Assembly

  • Spoon Greek yogurt into a bowl as the base.
  • Add the caramelised apples on top of the yogurt.
  • Sprinkle granola and chopped walnuts over the apple layer.
  • Drizzle caramel sauce over the entire bowl and add a sprinkle of cinnamon.
  • Serve immediately while warm.

Notes

For added sweetness, consider swapping caramel sauce with honey. Adding lemon juice to apples gives a tart twist.
