Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease your baking dish lightly with butter or cooking spray.
  • In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, cottage cheese, and milk until fully combined and slightly frothy.
  • Stir in the finely chopped broccoli, shredded cheddar cheese, and chopped chives until everything is evenly mixed.
  • Pour the egg mixture into the greased baking dish and spread it out smoothly.

Baking

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 22 to 26 minutes. The egg bake is done when it’s puffed up, lightly golden at the edges, and the center feels firm.
  • Let the dish rest for about 5 minutes before slicing.
