  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened

Instructions

Preparation

  • In a medium bowl, combine the Boursin cheese and softened cream cheese. Use a spatula or mixer to mix until smooth and creamy.
  • Stir in the chopped walnuts, dried cranberries, fresh parsley, and a pinch of salt and pepper until everything is evenly incorporated.
  • Form the mixture into a log shape (or a ball for a round presentation). Wrap it tightly in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to firm up.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the cranberry sauce and honey until well combined. Taste and adjust the sweetness as desired.

Assembly

  • Unwrap the chilled cheese log and place it on a serving platter.
  • Drizzle generously with the cranberry glaze, allowing some to pool at the base.
  • Optionally, top with extra chopped walnuts and parsley to enhance the presentation.
  • Serve alongside your favorite crackers or toasted baguette slices.

Notes

Make it a day ahead for best flavor. Substitute walnuts with seeds for allergies. Adjust sweetness of the glaze as preferred.
