Ingredients

For the Marinade

  • 450 g beef steak (sliced)
  • 45 ml soy sauce
  • 15 g cornstarch
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 5 g ginger (grated)

For Stir Fry

  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, carrots)
  • 30 ml vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooked rice for serving To serve with the stir fry

Preparation

  • In a bowl, combine the sliced beef, soy sauce, cornstarch, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Let it marinate for 15 to 30 minutes.

Cooking

  • Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  • Add the marinated beef to the skillet and stir-fry until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
  • Toss in the mixed vegetables and continue to stir-fry for another 3-5 minutes until they are tender yet crisp.
  • Season the stir fry with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Serve the Beef Stir Fry hot over a bed of cooked rice.

Notes

For a vibrant presentation, serve in a large bowl, and consider garnishing with sesame seeds or chopped green onions. Pair with crispy spring rolls or steamed dumplings for an authentic experience. Enjoy with hot sauce if desired.
