Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease an 8×8-inch (20×20 cm) baking dish.
  • In a large mixing bowl, add the room temperature cream cheese. Beat it until smooth and creamy.
  • Mix in 2 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese, crushed dried rosemary, and garlic powder until evenly combined.
  • Gently fold in the canned cranberry sauce and fresh cranberries.
  • Transfer the mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  • Sprinkle the remaining 1 cup of mozzarella cheese on top.

Baking

  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 22-26 minutes, or until the edges brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Serving

  • Serve hot alongside your favorite crackers, bread, or pita chips.
