Ingredients

Pastry and Filling

  • 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
  • 120 g brie cheese, cut into 12 cubes
  • 120 ml cranberry sauce
  • 30 g candied pecans, chopped (optional) Can be omitted or substituted

Garnish

  • 1 sprig fresh rosemary For garnish (optional)

Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Grease a mini muffin tin with butter or cooking spray to prevent sticking.
  • Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface and cut it into 12 equal squares.
  • Press each square into the muffin cups, ensuring it fits snugly.
  • Place a cube of brie cheese into each pastry cup, then top with a spoonful of cranberry sauce. Add the chopped pecans on top if you’re using them.

Baking

  • Bake for 15 to 18 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
  • Remove from the oven and let cool for 5 minutes. Garnish with fresh rosemary sprigs before serving.

Notes

Serve warm, paired with crackers or fresh baguette. Can also be served on a charcuterie board.
