  • 12 pieces soft dinner rolls
  • 2 cups sautéed vegetables (bell peppers, onions, mushrooms, or your choice) Feel free to customize based on your preferences.
  • 2 cups melted cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or your preferred option) Cheddar and mozzarella are popular choices.

Topping

  • 50 g butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  • In a skillet, sauté your chosen vegetables over medium heat until they are tender and aromatic.
  • Cut the dinner rolls in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish, ensuring they fit snugly.
  • Layer the sautéed vegetables evenly over the bottom halves of the rolls, followed by a generous amount of melted cheese.
  • Place the top halves of the rolls over the filling, creating little sandwiches that are packed with flavor.
  • In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Brush this mixture over the top of the slider rolls.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the tops are golden and the sliders are warmed through.

Notes

These sliders are lovely served warm. Serve with a tangy dipping sauce, fresh salad, or crispy veggie sticks.
