Preparation

  • Cut the broccoli into very small bite-size florets.
  • In a large bowl, combine the broccoli florets, diced apple, shredded cheddar, and dried cranberries.
  • In a small bowl, stir together the Greek yogurt, lemon juice, and honey until the mixture is smooth.
  • Pour the dressing over the salad ingredients and toss gently to coat everything evenly.
  • Chill the salad for 20–30 minutes before serving to let the flavors meld together.
