  • 11 oz white chocolate chips About 312 grams
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans About 60 grams
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries About 65 grams

Instructions

Preparation

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a medium microwave-safe bowl, add the white chocolate chips. Heat in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until completely melted.
  • Once melted, stir in the chopped pecans and dried cranberries until each piece is coated.
  • Drop small spoonfuls of the mixture onto the prepared parchment paper, spacing them out to prevent sticking.
  • Refrigerate or freeze the baking sheet until the clusters are firm and set, usually about 30 minutes.
